You are responsible for account credentials, account activities, and keeping profile information accurate.
You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.

3. Service Description

Bno AI provides AI features including image generation, image editing, and related creative tools. Features, model availability, rate limits, and output quality may change over time.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate applicable law, regulations, or third-party rights.
Upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
Create or distribute illegal, abusive, deceptive, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content where prohibited by law or policy.
Circumvent safety controls, abuse APIs, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or disrupt platform security.
Remove or tamper with safety markers, provenance metadata, or watermark mechanisms where present.

We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts for policy or legal violations.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit and generate to the extent permitted by law.
You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit your content solely to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
All platform software, models, branding, and related technology remain our or our licensors' property.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary for any prompts, uploads, and instructions you provide.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them, including for legal, medical, financial, or safety-sensitive use.

7. Pricing, Credits, Billing, and Refunds

Paid features may require subscriptions or prepaid credits.
Prices may change with prior notice where required by law.
Unless otherwise required by law, fees are non-refundable once services or credits are delivered.
You are responsible for taxes, chargebacks, and payment-method validity.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bno AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
